Some people don't use the ICTV with Stoic but I don't know why you'd do that, that's less health with a perk deck that only takes health damage. By doing that, you can also save the points needed to get a decent Joker plus Hostage Taker. You don't really need 14 FAKs unless you want to spread them around to revive your team. You can get to Inspire using the minimum amount of points by still getting the basic version of Uppers for 11 FAKs. If you have the points then consider getting aced Jack of All Trades and bring FAKs. That last one is particularly good since LMGs do quite a bit of damage and have incredible ammo pickup and you don't need a Berserker boost, not to mention that you barely have to aim (meaning it's also good for all those dodge Anarchist types who apparently aren't fans of aiming either). Your solution to that is either weak shotguns with Overkill, sniper rifles (preferably mid-tier, the weak snipers like the Rattlesnake and below won't do enough damage) with Ammo Efficiency, or LMGs with aced Body Expertise. One problem you'll run into is that you might not be able to do enough damage while also not running out of ammo Berserker and/or Crits usually take care of that but it's not wise to use either with Stoic since crits require using smaller armors (and therefore less health) and Berserker isn't good for any perk deck that relies on health in general.
